The Hibiscus Series!

Somewhere along the line, rather unintentionally, I became a hibiscus clicker! Its not like they're my favourite flowers, but I feel compelled to click whenever I see one, and this is what I've got so far:

The one that started it all - taken in Coorg.

Taken on a recent trip to Lalbagh Gardens, Bangalore.

Ofcourse I was serious abt ur camera.....coz I love ur pictures & wanted to know more.

Guess what, I too have a Sony Cybershot 8.1 megapixel, 10x optical zoom, 3.0" LCD monitor[I have brot my camera & placed it near the keyboard & am typing out everything I see on the face of it:-P].

But then it's not the camera is it???? Its the hand tht holds the camera, the eye tht see's thru it, the finger that clicks tht shot which makes the difference.

I too love to take pictures but I dont think I have even 1 shot which comes anywhere close to urs tho I'd like to think I'm improving:-D.

Reflections - These 5 pics I posted here are from a selection of like 20-25 others. I rarely get it right the first time, but that's the advantage of digital photography that you can keep taking snaps till you get something you like with absolutely no cost at all. So just keep clicking sister!

By the way, if you'd like to see some truly awesome pictures, I'd recommend my friend Moi's photoblog.....her pics make my jaws drop!
